LILEE Systems TransAir™ LMS-2450-ME-100 is a ruggedized, modular communications gateway designed for highly regulated requirements of connected transportation and IIoT operations. This expandable future-proof gateway supports up to 10 modules to enable communications from all major cellular carriers, Wi-Fi and other communication channels.

How it works

Building on the success of LILEE Systems’ WMS and DTS product families implemented by the North American Class I railroads for positive train control (PTC), TransAir LMS communications gateway brings similar functionality to onboard systems, enabling “always-on V2X communications” through:

  • Dynamic Load Balancing
  • GPS
  • Link aggregation across
    • LTE
    • Wi-Fi
    • Ethernet

The LMS communications gateway maximizes functionality and provides operational flexibility to maximize ROI immediately and over time. Customers can customize and change communications modules (see below) to adapt systems as operational requirements and technology trends evolve.

TransAir SDR-2400 software-defined radio TransAir SDR-2400 is a software-defined radio (SDR) that provides ultra-reliable, low-latency communications for V2X communications.

  • Uses worldwide, license-free 2.4 GHz frequency band
